    • Arī taisnība, mēs neapcelsim tādu svaru, kāds ir vajadzīgs lai mainītu spēku samēru vismaz reģionā. Tādēļ saku ka mums ir jāpierpasa bruņojumu par brīvu vai par simbolisku samaksu, no mums tad karavīri. RU var protstēt pret CA šeit, bet nevar protestēt pret NBS attīstību, to var tikai bremzēt kas līdz šim labi sanāca ar mūsu pašu atbalstu idejai par “mazu, profesionālu armiju”
